Aimee has more than twenty-five years of experience managing mediation programs, designing and teaching conflict resolution topics, and as a mediator/facilitator for complex issues with multiple parties.  Aimee mediates and facilitates resolution of workplace issues, public policy concerns, and organizational problems.  She serves on the Senior Facilitator and Mediation Panels of the State of Minnesota Department of Administration Master Contract Program. Aimee's primary focus is in helping organizations manage and resolve the internal conflict and strife that often arise during periods of great change. She is an expert in conflict assessment, resolution process design, and mediation.
